Booking Holdings, the world’s leading provider of online travel and related services and the parent company of Booking.com, has offices worldwide including this Centre of Excellence in Bucharest, Romania. All 18,000 Booking.com-users of the Vecos Smart Locker System can now just as easily request and use a locker in this new office.

Booking Holdings appointed Gensler to design this Center of Excellence. The design incorporates 160 workstations, plus a diverse range of spaces including focused work zones, corridors, touchdown and collaboration areas, meeting rooms, and private phone booths for 300+ employees. We congratulate Booking Holdings and Gensler for being the 2024 Winner of the German Design Award in the categories Excellent Architecture and Interior Architecture.
