In the new office, “One AXA”, several AXA entities are present: Axa Global Re, AXA Liabilities managers and GIE AXA. One AXA’s modern design with open spaces and meeting spaces encourages collaboration between teams. More than 30% of AXA’s employees can now work in an agile work environment that promotes productivity, and ensures a better balance between professional and personal life. They already see an increase in the creativity and productivity of the employees.
One badge for access and locker use
To make sure employees can safely secure all documentation and personal belongings in their lockers, AXA decided to work with the Vecos locker management system. The employees use their AXA access badge to open and close their lockers. Furthermore, the Vecos system allows AXA to gradually evolve their ways of working. Through the configuration options, the system evolves together with the company’s culture.
