What will you be doing?
In this versatile role, you will be assisting and supporting our Field Operations from the inside ensuring seamless administration, coordination and deployment of our installation partners worldwide. And you are the linchpin in maintaining and strenghtening the quality of our network of skilled professionals for installations across the globe.
You will first of all oversee their onboarding process. You make sure they have access to the right documents, trainings are scheduled, skills are mapped and you keep track of this. You ensure that their invoices are delivered according to our standards for a smooth process.
Once they are onboarded, you’ll be coordinating their projects. You’ll take care of material shipments, check quarterly stock levels and oversee material flows during projects and service requests of the installation partners.
Thirdly, you take charge of folder and document management to ensure there always is easy access to the right expert information.
While carrying out these diverse tasks, you act as a support pillar for team Field Operations and Customer Onboarding Managers, contributing to a seamless workflow. In essence, a dynamic position where your daily efforts make a difference.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy working independently and be an excellent team player. You are proactive, flexible, accurate, a star in time management and take responsibility for what you do. You have the ability to maintain an overview, coupled with an interest in languages and cultural nuances for effective collaboration with field engineers worldwide. Furthermore, good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are a key requirement for success in this role.
We would also like to check off the following job requirements:
- Higher vocational education level (HBO) in an administrative direction.
- While any relevant experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We encourage individuals who embody the specified characteristics, irrespective of their level of experience, to apply.
- You have professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch, German and/or French would be a plus.
