Whom are we looking for?

Our Sales Empowerment team currently consists of 11 top talents. Vecos’ rapid growth comes with the usual pressure and challenges. We’re looking for a colleague who is in for a laugh, energetic, hands-on, experienced, and can easily switch gears and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy working independently and yet be an excellent team player. You have an eye for detail and are a go-getter that is used to anticipating needs. And most of all: you are proud and committed to empower!

Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:

  • Higher vocational education level (at least HBO)
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales support in a project organization (preferably in internationally operating SME businesses)
  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English, and a very good command of the French language (native or near-native). Additional languages are a strong plus, especially Spanish.

What will you be doing?

Sales Empowerment touches many departments within the organization. The main tasks are:

  • Calculating projects (affinity with technology and IT);
  • Creating offers after calculation (accurate work);
  • Managing the Customer database;
  • Processing orders and making sure all the needed documents are completed;
  • Handling repeat orders autonomously (in cooperation with sales);
  • Making sure that sales can focus on closing deals (organizing all internal support needed e.g. legal or info security-related questions)
