Whom are we looking for?
To support our Finance department (accounts receivable and accounts payable), project administration, and internal improvement projects, we are looking for an administrative assistant. This part-time role requires someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with various systems.

- Responsible and able to work independently
- Proactive in identifying improvements and taking initiative
- Handy with computers, digital tools, and systems
- Fluent in English and B1-level Dutch.
- Based within 30 minutes’ drive from Eindhoven
All study backgrounds are welcome as long as you have the right mindset: entrepreneurial, curious, responsible, critical, and performance driven. You should also be tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems and digital tools.
