Your role
As Coordinator Business Applications and IT, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization’s growth. Initially, your focus will be on empowering our business through optimized application support and integration. Over time, you will contribute to transforming our processes to become more data-driven, automated, and scalable—ensuring we remain agile and ready to meet market and customer demands.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic: Develop a roadmap for business applications aligned with organizational goals.
- Tactical: Optimize existing workflows and integrations to enhance efficiency.
- Operational: Resolve daily IT issues and ensure the seamless operation of business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the Business Applications and IT team.
- Act as the knowledge holder for business applications to support operational teams in achieving excellence.
- Explore and produce datasets to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with our IT service partner to ensure smooth operations.
- Design and implement integrations between best-of-breed business applications.
- Maintain and optimize the use of business applications to support organizational goals.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset management.
- Collaborate closely with the CISO to optimize information security.

We’re seeking a skilled, proactive, and curious professional ready to grow with our organization and take on team lead responsibilities in the future
Desired Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Equivalent experience is also valued.
- Strong knowledge of business applications and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as Business Central, Power Automate, Power BI, HubSpot, FieldBuddy (Salesforce), and API integrations.
- Experience with data preparation, semantic models, and Medallion methodology for dashboards.
- Operational skills for creating process improvements.
- Experience in licensing, role-based access rules, and asset management.
Technical Skills:
- Power BI/Fabric/Power Automate for automation and reporting (low code programming).
- Understanding of database concepts (e.g. SQL).
- API definitions, data integration and coordination with IT partners in this field of development.
- Familiarity with IT equipment preparation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (preparing laptops, first line troubleshooting and coordinating service)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive attitude towards optimizing workflows through business applications and integrations.
- Excellent coordination skills to align cross-functional teams.
