It is the largest Springer Nature office in India. It is LEED Platinum Certified, which is the highest standard in green buildings ensuring energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials selection, sustainable development and water savings.

The impressive 1.1 lac sq. ft. office space spans across two floors of the massive 7,00,000 sq. ft. building. The transaction was initiated post-COVID when Springer Nature recognized the need for a futuristic workspace that prioritizes the wellbeing of its employees and facilitates a safe return to office.
