 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly customer-oriented Onboarding Manager who can coordinate and successfully implement complex international projects with colleagues in the Asia Pacific region. You always stay informed about your customers, enabling you to make timely adjustments. As the captain of this ship, you dare to make decisions, act as a sparring partner for stakeholders, and motivate the project team. We expect you to go the extra mile for our customers or colleagues and tackle challenges with creativity. What will you be doing?

  • Welcome and guide new customers so well that they become ambassadors.
  • Responsible for the successful and satisfying onboarding of every customer.
  • Ensure the right people are in contact and everyone knows their responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure correct hardware installation, including site preparation and cabinet assembly.
  • Advise on the use of lockers and implement the correct configuration of Releezme software with seamless access for end-users.
  • Establish trust with the customer swiftly as their primary contact post-deal.
  • Always put the customer first, while closely monitoring deliverables.
  • Ensure the delivery team is trained and ready after a timely Go-live. Explicitly hand over to the Customer Success Team.

Our Requirements?

  • HBO level or higher, commercial-technical background.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role (large projects, international corporate environment).
  • Experience with consulting in complex projects with various stakeholders.
  • Affinity with technology and ICT.
  • Excellent in English; Hindi, Dutch, German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in working with Asian companies is a plus.
  • Preferably based in the Netherlands and open to international travel.

Your Skills & Competencies?

  • Customer orientation: Providing an excellent customer experience during onboarding.
  • Project planning and execution: Ability to plan and execute complex onboarding projects from start to finish. Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile or Prince2 is required.
  • Technical insight: Crucial for solutions with electronic locker management systems. Technical knowledge of ICT and hardware integration is welcome.
  • Stakeholder management: Clear communication and expectation management for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk management: Ability to assess, mitigate, and quickly intervene in risks.
  • Budgeting and cost management: Working meticulously on project costs and maximizing value within financial constraints.
  • Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Inspiring, motivating, and directing the team.
  • Decision-making: Making quick and effective decisions, even under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Quickly switching and adapting to changing circumstances in a growing and innovative company.
