Your role as a Logistics Specialist
As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our incoming and outgoing goods flow, ensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time to support our customers’ projects. You will take on a variety of logistics and administrative tasks, including receiving and processing deliveries, preparing orders for domestic and international shipping, following Incoterms for shipping regulations, and coordinating with international carriers. You’ll also maintain organization and cleanliness in our warehouse, enter orders into our ERP system, and handle other administrative tasks.
At the start, you will be supported by two colleagues who currently handle these tasks, and over time, you will take on more responsibilities independently, coordinating logistics in collaboration with the team. If you enjoy a dynamic, hands-on role where you can make a tangible impact, this is the perfect fit for you.

- A valid driver’s license and (preferably) access to a car
- MBO level 4 (or equivalent) work and thinking capacity
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, as we work with international clients and teams.
What we offer:
- full-time (40 hours) contract;
- great working conditions and opportunities for professional growth;
- a supportive, fun team that regularly organizes social events;
- room for growth – both in salary and responsibilities;
