Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented planner who takes ownership of scheduling installation and service activities. You work closely with colleagues in Project Delivery, Customer Success and Logistics teams ensuring that technicians are optimally deployed and that customers receive timely and accurate communication. What will you be doing?
- Plan installation and service assignments efficiently, considering availability, logistics, priorities, and customer needs.
- Serve as the primary planning contact for customers & partners, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Monitor installation timelines, delivery schedules, and milestones, intervening when necessary.
- Ensure technicians and service engineers are fully prepared for each site visit.
- Coordinate hardware deliveries and interactions with external partners.
- Maintain close collaboration with Project Delivery, Customer Success and Logistics.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date administrative data in planning and reporting systems.
- Support a smooth Go-live and ensure a structured handover to Customer Success.
- Deliver reporting and insights in our planning process for continuous improvement.
- Be the functional owner of our project planning and service tooling (FieldBuddy).
- Being a pro active and creative problem solver
Our Requirements?
- HBO/Bachelor level, ideally with a technical or logistical background.
- 3-5 years of experience in planning or coordinating technical installations or service operations.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong affinity with technology and/or ICT.
- Excellent command of Dutch/English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience in international environments is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and stress-management skills.

Technical understanding: sufficient knowledge of planning tools, installation workflows, and ICT & data concepts. Communication: clear and timely communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Problem-solving: responding quickly and effectively to changes or disruptions in the planning. Collaboration: strong teamwork with Project Delivery, Customer Success and Logistics. Accuracy: precise administration and up-to-date planning systems. Decision-making: confident in prioritizing and making planning decisions under pressure.
