Your Role: Global Customer Success Director

As the leader of our global Customer Success organization, you’ll define and execute strategies that maximize customer value, retention, and growth across all regions. You’ll work closely with our Sales Leads to align customer success with Vecos’ revenue goals. In your team you have Program Managers working on Global Onboarding Programs for Strategic Clients, a Customer Success Manager for the Benelux region, Customer Success Specialists supporting our customers in the regions and product specialists for 2nd and 3rd line support.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and scale a world-class Customer Success function across multiple regions.
  • Global Account Management: Drive consistency in service delivery for clients worldwide, with specific focus on our Strategic Client Team.
  • Growth Enablement: Develop frameworks for upsell, cross-sell, and adoption led expansion and personally drive upsell & cross-sell to our global customers.
  • Adoption-Led Growth: Monitor usage, run QBRs, and trigger upsell plans.
  • Renewal & Retention: Oversee global renewal programs for SaaS, Hardware and multi-year SLA agreements
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and innovation.
  • Performance Management: Set KPIs and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and empower regional Customer Success Managers and Specialists to achieve ambitious growth targets and excellent support. Coach and support the Program Management team in complex onboarding programs for global enterprise customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience leading global Customer Success teams in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record in upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
