We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a completed MBO/HBO/Bachelor in IT or related field (recent grads welcome!)
  • Brings 0–2 years of experience (internships count!)
  • Has a strong interest in IT and a helpful attitude
  • Speaks English fluently (other languages are a plus)
  • Lives near Eindhoven and is available to work mainly from our office
  • Is hands-on, reliable, and eager to take ownership
  • Wants to grow toward 2nd-line support or product specialist roles

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first line of IT support for our Eindhoven office and a trusted tech partner for colleagues around the world. You’ll solve daily IT issues, help onboard new hires, and contribute to exciting internal projects that keep Vecos running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day IT support (hardware & software)
  • Setting up laptops and accounts for new employees
  • Installing, updating, and maintaining devices
  • Managing laptop lifecycle: prep, distribution, cleaning, decommissioning
  • Maintaining workspace infrastructure (power, network, hardware)
  • Coordinating with our external IT partner for escalations
  • Managing the server room and local R&D servers (VMware)
  • Supporting basic tasks in Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint
  • Handling Microsoft software questions
  • Participating in ISO27001 audits and IT compliance
  • Assisting with internal IT projects and system improvements
