Whom are we looking for?

Our Sales Empowerment team currently consists of 8 top talents. Sales Empowerment specialists collaborate closely with Sales colleague(s) in their region or in the Global sales team.

We’re now looking for a colleague to support our sales teams in English-speaking countries and within our Global Clients team. You are driven, energetic, hands-on, positive, detail-oriented, and able to switch gears effortlessly while juggling multiple projects.

To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy working independently and yet be an excellent team player in your regional team. You are a go-getter that is used to anticipating needs. But above all: you are proud and commited to empowering others!

Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:

  • Higher vocational education level (minimum HBO or equivalent)
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales support in a project organization (ideally in internationally operating SMEs)
  • Native or near-native English, additional European languages are a plus.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Empowerment specialist, you are a highly-valued partner for Sales with commercial sense and organizational talent, great people-skills and basic technical and compliance knowledge.

You organize everything to empower Sales to keep moving towards closing deals, in which you touch many teams inside and outside our organisation. The main tasks are:

  • Calculating projects (basic skills of Excel);
  • Creating offers after calculation (accurate working);
  • Responsible for the customer administration;
  • Processing orders and making sure all the needed documents are completed;
  • Handling repeat orders autonomously with customers and partners (in cooperation with Sales);
  • Organizing all internal support needed e.g. legal or info security-related questions
