Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Vecos in the Nordic countries. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within their assigned region. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners and achieving sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with and delivering hardware and software solutions to large multinationals. These are world-renowned brands with complex, global-spanning organizations and stakeholders. You have to be a superstar in outbound, direct sales and used to long sales cycles.
As Regional Sales Manager you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. There is a strong focus on direct-to-end user relationships which will require a considerable amount of canvassing. You are an eager self-starter who is comfortable working independently and yet an absolute team player, confident, headstrong and persistent, but most of all fun to work with.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outbound, direct sales and new business development
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or smart office/flexible workplace solutions industry
- Experience in selling software to corporates is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Knowledge of smart locker technology and flexible workplace solutions is a plus
- Prepared to travel regularly across the Nordic countries and to the Netherlands for meetings with the team
