Vecos helps ensure workspace availability at PwC Oslo

PwC’s office in Oslo (Norway) has adapted activity-based working. To make this happen, the office, designed by Ramboll Architects, has been equipped with the Vecos Smart Locker System through our Norway-based furniture partner Martela. 

Easy access and safety 

The Vecos Smart Locker System gives PwC’s employees access to storage and work wherever they are in the office. Vecos ensures workspace availability for all employees, even with a lower number of workstations due to the smart system. PwC needed a system that is not only user-friendly, but also safe. The Vecos system meets PwC’s strict privacy and safety requirements. When employees check out from their temporary workplace, it immediately shuts down. 

Next to Oslo, other Norwegian PwC offices equipped with the Vecos Smart Locker System include Bergen, Kristiansand, Olesund and Lillehammer. More than 2,000 PwC employees have access to the smart lockers installed at these locations.
