Demand & Performance Marketing Lead

About Vecos

We’re a fast-growing, market-leading global technology company focused on making workplaces smarter, more human and high-performing. Working at the forefront of how office life develops, we know people are at their best when they can work when, where and how it really suits them. We apply this in how we create Adaptive Workplace Storage solutions for our Fortune 100 customers such as Deloitte, EY, Accenture, Nike, Unilever and Microsoft, as well as how we work at our own offices.

At Vecos you won’t find rigid workplace policies or lengthy decision-making processes. We believe in responsibility from Day 1, the freedom to do things your way, and in collaborating openly and actively, so we together raise the bar constantly and grow faster than anyone else.

The role

Vecos is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on demand and performance marketing expert who thrives on turning strategy, data and tooling into measurable pipeline growth.

You’ll get the chance to make a real impact by owning and scaling global demand generation initiatives across audiences and channels. You’ll be contributing to pipeline growth through full-funnel campaigns, audience strategy, organic and paid acquisition, nurturing programs, and website optimization.

This role sits at the heart of Vecos’ global demand engine and replaces a departing team member. You will not manage a team, but instead collaborate with a strong bench of expert peers across Content, Brand and Lead Generation.

We’re looking for someone who’s able and excited to bring the latest AI tooling into this role for increased efficiency, faster scale-up and increased impact across all regions and audiences. This is your opportunity to bring results to a whole new level!

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns globally
  • Building and optimizing retargeting programs
  • Analyzing campaign performance, ROI, attribution, and pipeline impact
  • Lead scoring and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to support lead qualification and nurturing
  • SEO and AEO performance. You initiate improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Content manager
  • Website CRO and quality, to improve conversion, engagement, and search performance

What we’re looking for:

First and foremost, we’re looking for a great cultural match. Do you bring the attitude, drive and commitment to make a difference? Are you committed to analyze campaigns and website performance accurately, and have an eye for detail when you implement new initiatives? Are you a team player who actively seeks collaboration with others to make impact faster together? And finally, are you a marketing professional with an excellent track record, who knows how to leverage tooling (HubSpot, Google and LinkedIn advertising platforms) and new developments to drive outcomes?

If the answer is YES then we’d love to meet you!

Some practical things that matter:

  • This is a full-time position
  • Based at our HQ in Eindhoven, with flexible/hybrid working options
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • (Near-)native English; Dutch or other languages are a plus
  • Salary indication: €5,000 – €5,500 gross per month
  • Start date: as soon as possible
