Field Operations Coordination & Administration

What will you be doing?
In this versatile role, you’ll be the linchpin in various responsibilities for our installation partner network. You maintain oversight by managing skills, planning training sessions, and coordinating their work.
You will first of all oversee their onboarding process. You make sure they have access to the right documents, trainings are scheduled and you keep track of this. You make sure their invoices are delivered according to our standards for a smooth process.
Once onboarded, you’ll be coordinating their projects. You’ll take care of material shipments, check quarterly stock levels and oversee material flows during projects and service requests of the installation partners.
Thirdly, you take charge of folder and document management to ensure there always is easy access to the right expert information.
While carrying out these diverse tasks, you act as a support pillar for team Field Operations and Customer Onboarding Managers, contributing to a seamless workflow. In essence, a dynamic position where your daily efforts make a difference.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy working independently and be an excellent team player. You are proactive, accurate, and take responsibility for what you do. You have the ability to maintain an overview, coupled with an interest in languages, which is highly valued. Furthermore, effective communication skills are a key requirement for success in this role.
Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:
- Secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher in an administrative direction
- While any relevant experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We encourage individuals who embody the specified characteristics, irrespective of their level of experience, to apply.
- You have professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch, German and/or French would be a plus.
- Available approx. 16 hours per week, with some flexibility
- Onboarding will take place at our office in Eindhoven to get you up to speed quickly and connect with the team
