Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Canada

Build the Canadian market for a global workplace technology leader

This is a rare opportunity to own and build the Canadian enterprise market for an established global technology company with proven customers, a mature product, and strong momentum.

Vecos is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Canada. You will own new business development with large enterprise organisations, build strategic relationships, and establish Vecos as the market leader in workplace technology.

You are not joining a startup with an unproven product. You are joining a company trusted by some of the world’s largest enterprises, with the opportunity to build Canada largely from the ground up.

What success looks like

In this role, you will:

  • Own and grow enterprise sales across Canada with focus on Toronto and Montreal.
  • Create and close new business opportunities with large corporate organisations
  • Engage senior decision-makers across Workplace Experience, Facility, Real Estate, IT, and Procurement
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Develop strong direct relationships with end users and strategic partners
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer success

You will work directly with the Director of Sales – NA & Global Strategic Clients based in U.S. and our CSO based in the Netherlands.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who enjoys building territory, opening doors, and winning enterprise deals.

What you bring

We are looking for an experienced enterprise seller who combines strategic thinking with a strong hunter mentality.

You likely bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a consistent track record
  • Proven success in new business and direct-to-corporate end-user sales
  • Experience with complex solution selling to multiple stakeholders
  • Background in selling integrated hardware and software solutions
  • Experience working with partners or system integrators
  • Strong communication skills in English and French
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally
