Who are we looking for?

Our Sales Empowerment team currently consists of 6 top talents. Sales Empowerment specialists collaborate closely daily with Sales colleague(s) in their region. We’re looking for a colleague to support the France & Spain region, who is driven, energetic, hands-on, positive, has attention to detail and who can easily switch gears to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy working independently and yet be an excellent team player in your regional team. You are a go-getter that is used to anticipating needs. And most of all: you are proud and commited to empower!
Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:
- Higher vocational education level (at least HBO)
- Minimum five years of experience in sales support in a project organization (preferably in internationally operating SME businesses)
- Full professional proficiency in English, a strong command of the French language (native or near-native), and a professional proficiency in Spanish.

What will you be doing?
As a Sales Empowerment specialists, you are a highly-valued partner for Sales with commercial sense and organizational talent, great people-skills and basic technical and compliance knowledge.
You organize everything to empower Sales to keep moving towards closing Deals, in which you touch many teams inside and outside our organisation. The main tasks are:
- Calculating projects (basic skills of Excel);
- Creating offers after calculation (accurate working);
- Responsible for the Customer administration;
- Processing orders and making sure all the needed documents are completed;
- Handling repeat orders autonomously with customers and partners (in cooperation with Sales);
- Organizing all internal support needed e.g. legal or info security-related questions
