Your Role: Customer Success Manager Benelux

You’ll be the go-to person for our Benelux clients, ensuring their locker systems run smoothly. From onboarding to optimization, you’ll manage relationships, drive adoption, and unlock growth opportunities. You will be part of our Benelux Regional team with a joint ambition to maximize growth in this region.

What you’ll do:

• Account Management: Nurture and expand existing relationships.
• Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities for SLA, SaaS, Hardware renewals, migrations, relocations and expansions.
• Renewal Management: Handle timelines, price adjustments, and multi-year strategies.
• Adoption-Led Growth: Monitor usage, run QBRs, and trigger upsell plans.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain pipeline and track KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in Upsell & Cross-Sell to existing customers.
• 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions simply.
• Native Dutch + fluent English (extra languages are a plus).
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and customer-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Affinity with tech and experience in hardware/software solutions.
