Our Sales Empowerment team operates from Eindhoven and works hand-in-hand with Sales colleagues in their respective countries. Together, they form agile, local teams that move fast and stay close to the customer. You’ll support our Sales teams in North America, so you’re willing to work a schedule that aligns with North American business hours, enabling smooth collaboration with colleagues and clients across the Atlantic.

You’re driven, energetic, hands-on, positive, and detail-oriented. You switch gears effortlessly and thrive when juggling multiple projects. You enjoy working independently, but you’re also a true team player. You anticipate needs before they arise — and most importantly, you’re proud to empower others.

Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:
✓ Higher vocational education level (minimum HBO or equivalent)
✓ Minimum five years of experience in sales support in a project organization (ideally in internationally operating SMEs)
✓ Native or near-native English, with a strong understanding of North American business culture. Additional European languages are a plus.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Empowerment specialist, you are a highly-valued partner for Sales with commercial sense and organizational talent, great people-skills and basic technical and compliance knowledge.

You organize everything to empower Sales to keep moving towards closing deals, in which you touch many teams inside and outside our organisation. The main tasks are:
• Calculating projects (basic skills of Excel);
• Creating offers after calculation (accurate working);
• Responsible for the customer administration;
• Processing orders and making sure all the needed documents are completed;
• Handling repeat orders autonomously with customers and partners (in cooperation with Sales);
• Organizing all internal support needed e.g. legal or info security-related questions.
