Your Opportunity: Global Customer Success Director

In this leadership role, you will build and scale our global Customer Success organization to deliver maximum value, retention, and expansion across all regions. You will work closely with Sales to drive revenue growth and deliver a consistent, world‑class customer experience for our global client base.

Your team includes Program Managers steering Global Onboarding Programs for strategic clients, a dedicated Benelux Customer Success Manager, regional Customer Success Specialists, and Product Specialists for advanced technical support.

What You’ll Own

Strategic Leadership
Create, scale, and execute a global Customer Success strategy that strengthens value delivery and boosts long‑term customer health.

Commercial Growth
Design and implement frameworks for upsell, cross‑sell, and adoption‑led expansion—while personally driving commercial opportunities with our high value customers.

Global Account Consistency
Ensure seamless service delivery worldwide, with strong focus on Global accounts and Global program execution.

Adoption & Value Realization
Monitor usage insights, lead QBRs, and trigger expansion plays to deepen customer engagement.

Retention & Renewals
Oversee global renewals across SaaS, hardware, and multi‑year SLA agreements to secure long‑term partnerships.

Performance & Forecasting
Define KPIs, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and elevate our global Customer Success reporting framework.

Team Growth & Development
Recruit, mentor, and empower high‑performing Customer Success Managers, Specialists, and Program Managers to execute at excellence.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading global Customer Success teams in SaaS or technology environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with at least 10 years experience in Sales
  • Outstanding leadership, relationship‑building, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex tech solutions into compelling business value
  • Fluent English & Dutch; additional languages welcome
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or related fields
