You\u2019ll be contributing to pipeline growth through full-funnel campaigns, audience strategy, organic and paid acquisition, nurturing programs, and website optimization.<\/p>\n<p>This role sits at the heart of Vecos\u2019 global demand engine and replaces a departing team member. You will not manage a team, but instead collaborate with a strong bench of expert peers across Content, Brand and Lead Generation.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who\u2019s able and excited to bring the latest AI tooling into this role for increased efficiency, faster scale-up and increased impact across all regions and audiences. This is your opportunity to bring results to a whole new level!<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns globally<\/li>\n<li>Building and optimizing retargeting programs<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing campaign performance, ROI, attribution, and pipeline impact<\/li>\n<li>Lead scoring and marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to support lead qualification and nurturing<\/li>\n<li>SEO and AEO performance. You initiate improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Content manager<\/li>\n<li>Website CRO and quality, to improve conversion, engagement, and search performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First and foremost, we\u2019re looking for a great cultural match. Are you committed to analyze campaigns and website performance accurately, and have an eye for detail when you implement new initiatives? Are you a team player who actively seeks collaboration with others to make impact faster together?
