Vecos\u2019 rapid growth comes with the usual pressure and challenges. We\u2019re looking for a colleague who is in for a laugh, energetic, hands-on, experienced, and can easily switch gears and work on multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy working independently and yet be an excellent team player. You have an eye for detail and are a go-getter that is used to anticipating needs. And most of all: you are proud and committed to empower!<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher vocational education level (at least HBO)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum five years of experience in sales support in a project organization (preferably in internationally operating SME businesses)<\/li>\n<li>Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English, and a very good command of the French language (native or near-native). Additional languages are a strong plus, especially Spanish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beyond professional skills, we\u2019re looking for the right person and attitude. Join us and bring your unique blend of skills and attitude to the table!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What will you be doing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sales Empowerment touches many departments within the organization. The main tasks are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calculating projects (affinity with technology and IT);<\/li>\n<li>Creating offers after calculation (accurate work);<\/li>\n<li>Managing the Customer database;<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders and making sure all the needed documents are completed;<\/li>\n<li>Handling repeat orders autonomously (in cooperation with sales);<\/li>\n<li>Making sure that sales can focus on closing deals (organizing all internal support needed e.g. legal or info security-related questions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What do we have to offer?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As a fast-growing company with great ambition, we offer you the opportunity to grow with us and contribute to the growth of a unique company.
