That\u2019s how we remain market leader and trendsetter in smart locker systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A day in the life of a Customer Success Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this role, you\u2019re the go-to person for our international clients &amp; partners in the Asia Pacific region (and occasionally support clients from Europe and the US), ensuring their locker management systems run smoothly. You\u2019ll handle a wide range of customer requests, from optimization and advice to restructuring their setup. You\u2019ll share your knowledge, solve hardware and software issues, and provide proactive support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll also:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)<\/li>\n<li>Lead customer evaluation sessions<\/li>\n<li>Train clients &amp; partners in our Releezme software<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily support requests and lead small customer-focused projects<\/li>\n<li>Support our Melbourne based team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who you are You bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<li>The ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>A proactive and independent mindset; you spot opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working remotely within a global organization, with occasional travel required<\/li>\n<li>A customer-first attitude with a focus on outstanding service<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit and flexibility to switch between tasks<\/li>\n<li>A completed bachelor\u2019s degree in business, IT, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>A commercial-technical background or affinity with IT, tech, and electronics is a bonus<\/li>\n<li>Experience with hardware\/software systems like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and general software affinity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s in it for you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time (40 hours\/week) or part-time (hours negotiable)<\/li>\n<li>A 2 or 3 week full Onboarding Program in the Netherlands<\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary and excellent working conditions<\/li>\n<li>Two Melbourne-based colleagues, with whom you will work closely in winning and supporting the Asia Pacific market<\/li>\n<li>A fun, dynamic international team that works across continents, stays connected, and celebrates together (even if you\u2019re working remotely from Australia)<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.<\/li>\n<li>A role with growth potential, both in responsibilities and salary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vecos is growing internationally, offering plenty of opportunities and challenges.
