Do you need remote support?

Vecos uses TeamViewer to provide you with the best remote support and to install solutions effectively, if you have opted for the locker management system: Releezme On-premises. As if Vecos is directly on site.
Please share your TeamViewer ID with our Service Desk, so that we can make a connection with your On-premises system in a safe and completely reliable way.

In the cloud?

If you use our locker managementsystem: Releezme Software as a Service (SaaS), you can call us directly on our service number so that we can look with you on your Releezme platform in the cloud. In this case, there is no need to use TeamViewer.
