Our UK market is primed for growth. We are well established in the market where a strategic partner has shaped the market for us. We have ambitious targets to significantly expand our customer base with more and more companies committed to modernizing their workplaces. We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead this effort and build a robust sales team focused on tripling our market size in the next three years.

Role Description

As the Sales Director for the UK market, you will take a strategic and hands-on role in driving revenue growth by transitioning from a single-partner model to a combined direct and multi-partner approach. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the UK sales team, and building strong relationships with both end clients and key partners. This is a pivotal role in the company, accountable for expanding Vecos’ footprint within the UK market and ensuring high client satisfaction.

This role involves substantial interaction with senior executives at client organizations and coordinating cross-functionally within Vecos to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. The Sales Director will also be instrumental in hiring, developing, and leading a team of 2-3 high-performing sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. The hiring of the sales professionals is running parallel to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a UK sales strategy to support direct and partner sales channels, aligned with Vecos’ overall growth objectives.
• Cultivate direct client relationships and strategically manage the established partner while expanding partnerships across the UK to support a blended sales approach.
•Hire, lead, and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed the revenue goal of tripling sales within three years.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to keep Vecos competitive in a rapidly changing landscape.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within technology or workplace solutions, with experience in managing a direct sales model alongside indirect partner relationships.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams with a strong focus on achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and pivot as market dynamics evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of smart locker technology and flexible workplace solutions is advantageous.
