Who we are

Team VECOS consists of 37 driven colleagues in the fields of sales, R&D, service & support, logistics and implementation. Who we are looking for

At the moment, your future tasks – with respect to purchasing, logistics, and warehousing – are being executed by a single colleague. Your arrival and support will take quite some work off his hands.

You, therefore, have a hands-on mentality with a service-oriented attitude and take initiative when you spot work that needs to be done. Also, you are very accurate and feel responsible for the work that you do.

Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:

  • Intermediate Vocational Education level (MBO level 4)
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Affinity with technology and a handy DIY
  • In good shape because of the physical effort with some tasks
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Holding a driving license and (preferably also) in possession of a car

The tasks we want to entrust you with

Most of the tasks you will be assigned with, are in the field of purchasing and logistics: picking and packing orders and making them ready for shipment; notifying transportation companies of shipments; receiving and processing deliveries; guarding order and tidiness in the warehouse; making purchasing and sales orders in the ERP system Navision and other administrative tasks. Incidentally, you will also be assigned facility-related jobs, such as the coordination of maintenance work in our office building, light DIY jobs such as changing lamps, etc. The colleague who currently still assumes these tasks will properly supervise and guide you. In time, you want to be able to perform these tasks independently.
