As our Customer Questionnaires Specialist, you play a vital role in building trust with our enterprise clients. Global brands rely on our technology to keep their data safe, and they expect transparency and assurance. Your job is to ensure that our security standards are clearly communicated, accurately documented, and aligned with industry regulations.
Each day, you’ll dive into security questionnaires from customers, translating technical security measures into clear, confident responses. You’ll collaborate with our InfoSec, Legal, and Product teams to ensure that our responses align with frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Whether it’s reviewing legal documents, addressing security concerns on customer calls, or refining our internal processes, you actively identify and report gaps between what is requested and what we have in place and help keep our security and compliance efforts world-class.

Who are you?
You have a strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and compliance, combined with excellent communication skills. You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in an environment where accuracy matters. Managing multiple security requests is no problem for you—you work efficiently and proactively to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Experience with cloud environments, APIs, and security frameworks is a plus, but more importantly, you’re eager to learn and grow. If you’ve worked with security questionnaires or compliance-related tasks before, great. If not, but you have the right mindset and a strong understanding of security concepts, we’d still love to hear from you.
