Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a project manager who can coordinate (inter)national and complex projects, that – in collaboration with their colleagues – result in successful implementations with the customer.
As a project manager with Vecos, you are THE point of contact with respect to content, deadlines, budgets, people and resources. You’re always up to speed with what’s going on with your projects and clients, so you can make timely adjustments where needed. You’re captain of the ship, have the ability to take decisive action, are a sounding board for the internal and external stakeholders and a motivator for the project team. In the process, you’re not afraid to sometimes go the extra mile for a customer or colleague and first and foremost face any challenges you encounter with a positive attitude and creativity.

Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:
- Higher vocational education level or higher in the field of sales engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (large projects, international, corporate environments)
- Experience with consulting in complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Affinity with technology and ICT
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English; German would be a plus
- Prepared to travel internationally
What would be your tasks?
As a project manager, you’re involved in future projects already at an early stage, by supporting sales colleagues and offering advice with preparing quotations and tenders. After the sales process, you take over full responsibility. As an expert, you take the lead and guide all involved to a successful implementation of our system with the customer. Is the customer happy and is the system contributing to their organization’s success? Then you may proceed with the financial settlement.
