F-TRACE can simplify administrative routines such as a work order status and offers an effective tool to realize a foolproof registration for tax purposes. Furthermore, the solution provides information on the driving style of field staff and makes it possible to provide effective feedback, which leads to a better driving style and a significant reduction of fuel consumption.
Planning and control
Tracking & tracing functionality provides insight into the exact location of vehicles, as well as all driven routes. The information can be viewed graphically or numerically (in tables), on-line and off-line, directly or afterwards. The software provided is flexible and offers various ways of selecting the right information from all data gathered by the boardcomputer. In addition, the software automatically connects all trip data to all places your field staff have visited. This information is vital in order to be able to manage field staff activities in a better way.
Security
F-TRACE is especially developed for localising and retrieving vehicles.Vehicles that are equipped with F-TRACE can be located real-time from any PC that is connect to the internet. F-TRACE uses GPS satellites and communicates its position real-time via GSM/GPRS. It complies with the strict Dutch ‘SCM’ regulations and is recognised as a ‘class 4/5’ alarm system. Alarm situations can be automatically communicated to GSM cellphones or even directly to security companies if necessary.
